coffee cleaning--San miguel

Father and Son built a screen to clean the coffee.

Everthing but clean coffee is screened and falls to the ground.. This is the last step before the coffee is bagged and sold. If the coffee has less than 5% defects it means all the necessary work has been done and will receive a higher price.
