Back in MN
Well Folks,
I am back in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes, and it feels good, except for the 12 hours of hard labor each day doing the landscaping and maintenance.
The weather has been in the 70's, the leaves are budding and the grass in turning lushly green, good for our deer population, which have ate about 1,000 of my newly planted pine trees..
The turtles were out basking on floating logs in the spring sunshine, the northern and other big fish are laying eggs in our river, which is a beautiful sight, I took an easter day canoe ride with my 4 year brother, who I made to most of the paddling, which he did mighty fine...He is Huck finn in training...
The lakes are a majestic blue, with a background of budding oak trees and towering pines trees creates a nice mirrored reflection on the lake.
I am really missing my mexican friends, the mountains, and volcanic hot springs of which I really could use to ease the pain of my hurting and tired body after 70 hrs of work..
